Everything under one roof
Nine stages, none of them subcontracted. A frame cut in the morning is welded, pre-treated, painted, stickered, built and boxed inside our own gate.
Frame tool room
Our own tool room builds the dies, jigs and fixtures our frames are made on. Tooling for a new model never waits on an outside vendor.

Frame manufacturing
Frames and forks are fabricated in-house from raw tube to finished frame, welded in dedicated jigs and never free-hand.

Ordering & terms
- Colours
- Colour counts per size are shown against each model. Assortment within a size is at our despatch unless specified.
- Minimum order
- Per model and size, as advised at the time of order. Mixed models may be combined to make up a load.
- Prices
- Per the current MRJ rate card. Ex-works, exclusive of GST and freight.
- Lead time
- As advised against your order. Season orders should be placed ahead of the peak.
- Freight
- To the dealer's account unless agreed otherwise.
- Transit
- Shortage or damage to be reported within 48 hours with photographs and the carrier's remarks on the LR.
- Warranty
- Every MRJ bicycle is covered against manufacturing defects, and every frame carries our standard frame warranty. To claim, share the proof of purchase and the frame's unique number. Accident damage, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered.
